... in January 1988 I start working in the atelier of the designer Maurizio Galante, with whom I will work for about ten years.

 

In January 1997 I left Galante's atelier and in the summer of the same year I presented the first women's collection, destined for private clients.

The line is identified with the letter.symbol i, the initial of my name and auspicious symbol in the Japanese language.

 

In October 1999 I designed the collection for summer 2000, which I propose for the first time to Italian and foreign buyers. The collection is purchased by Takashimaya for the department store in New York.

 

Takashimaya in New York will continue to purchase the following collections which will then also be present in other foreign department stores and in Italy.
